- How much does laptop or PC repair cost?
- Every repair starts with a paid diagnostic, and we give you a flat-rate quote before any work starts. Common repairs (virus removal, tune-ups, RAM/SSD upgrades) typically run $60–$150 plus parts.
- Can you remove viruses and malware without losing my files?
- Yes — in the vast majority of cases your files stay put. We isolate, clean, and verify the system, then harden it so the same junk doesn't come back.
- How long do repairs take?
- Most repairs are finished in 2–3 days or less from drop-off. If your repair needs a part we don't stock, add the shipping time for that part. We'll always give you a timeline up front.
- Do you work on Macs?
- Yes, we service MacBooks and iMacs for software issues, data transfers, and many hardware repairs. Call us with the model and we'll let you know what we can do.
- Are you open on weekends?
- No — we're open Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 7:00pm (closed 1:00–2:00pm for lunch). Closed Saturday and Sunday.
